Seeds for the state tournaments released

CHESHIRE, February 14 — The seeds for the four CIAC state wrestling tournaments have been posted. Wrestling begins Friday at 4:45 p.m. with the first round followed by the second round at 6 p.m. On Saturday, wrestling begins with the quarterfinals at 9 a.m. followed by consolation round action.

The semifinals will be at 1 p.m. with the consolation finals at 4:30 p.m. and the championship finals at 6 p.m. The top six wrestlers from each weight class qualify for the State Open.
