DANBURY, January 15 — In week 2 of Connecticut Wrestling Online’s weekly top 10 poll, undefeated Danbury remained the No. 1 ranked team in the state but it’s not unanimous. The Hatters (8-0), who had three placewinners and a top 10 finish at the Eastern State Classic this weekend, received 16 of 17 first place votes. … No. 2 Bristol Eastern (5-0), which won the John Gorman Memorial Tournament in Cumberland, R.I., for the first time, received one first place vote. … Fairfield Warde (5-1), which won the Colter Abely tournament in Middletown, moved up two spots to No. 3, followed by Southington and New Milford. … Windham is the only newcomer to the top 10 this week, slipping in ahead of Hand-Madison (11-2), which dropped one spot to No. 11.
