Foran’s mulit-talented Kelly Aspras aims for a third state title

Foran High’s Kelly Aspras will be going for her third straight state championship this weekend at the CIAC Girls Invitational. Aspras, who has committed to Sacred Heart, has several years of training at the New York Performing Arts Academy for theater, dance, voice and acting under her belt.
