On Saturday, the 2026 New England wrestling championships begin in Providence, R.I., with top wrestlers from around New England participating. Here are results from the other New England states over the weekend.
For the boys tournament, the top seven wrestlers in each weight class qualify from Massachusetts, the top five in Connecticut and the top three in Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Maine.
For the girls tournament, the top four wrestlers in each class from Massachusetts qualify, the top three in Connecticut and Maine and the top two wrestlers from New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
